Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns filed within 14 days of the delivery date. Any return request submitted after 14 days will not be honored.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with the item inside, exactly as received — returns missing original packaging will not be accepted
- Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@mycassia.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and attach a photo or video clearly showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, a refund minus the $3.99 restocking fee will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned past the 14-day filing deadline
- Items not returned in their original packaging with the item inside
- Used or damaged items
Return Shipping We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid label will be sent to you directly.
Restocking Fee A flat $3.99 restocking fee applies to all eligible returns — including standard returns and defective or incorrect item claims. This fee is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- For all standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), a full refund minus the $3.99 restocking fee will be issued once the return is received and inspected.
- For defective or incorrect items, a full refund minus the $3.99 restocking fee will be issued, provided the claim is filed within the 14-day return window and all eligibility conditions are met.
Reimbursement will not be fulfilled if any conditions are not satisfied.
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. In the event a defective or incorrect item is claimed, photo or video evidence must be provided within the 14-day return window. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet this requirement.
