🚚 Shipping
Where do you ship? We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed and delivered within 5–16 business days. Carrier delays (USPS, UPS) may occasionally affect timelines beyond our control.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $14.99 or more — no code needed. Shipping has flat rate of 2.99 for all under 14.99 total purchase.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return window? You have 14 days from your delivery date to request a return. Requests after 14 days will not be honored.
What condition must items be in to qualify for a return? Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Is there a restocking fee? Yes, a flat $3.99 restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and is deducted from your refund.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? No — a free return shipping label is provided for all eligible returns.
What if I received a defective or incorrect item? Email us at support@mycasia.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo/video evidence. You'll receive a full refund minus the $3.99 restocking fee. Attach image or video of the damage and email us at support@mycasia.com

What personal information do you collect? We collect contact details, payment information, transaction history, device/usage data, and communications to process orders and improve our services.
